How does the conversation happen?

  • I offer online options for my sessions (Messenger, Viber, Whats’ up, Face Time, Skype and Zoom)
  • If you wish to meet in person, this can be arranged by appointment either in Budapest or in Aschaffenburg

What happens to you during the coaching sessions?

  • I will ask questions to get to know you better. I want to know about your current challenges, plans, goals and what’s on your mind.
  • We will discuss in great detail where you are in your life and where you want to go from here. Whether it’s an emotional goal (to improve yourself-confidence, deal with a loss, get ready for a new relationship, sort out family problems), an intellectual goal (to pass an exam, develop a new career opportunity etc., start a new business venture) or a physical goal (e.g. adopt a healthier lifestyle, lose weight, introduce regular exercise into your life or increase your financial wealth).
  • We will create a personalized action plan, agreed with you and approved by you. How fast or how slow we move toward your goal is up to you. The solution is within you. I’ll just help you to find the way.
  • I will encourage regular feedback on the agreed task(s), so that we can both closely follow the changes and progress towards your goal.
  • In our sessions we focus primarily on solutions
  • We unblock the blocking factor(s) to your success using different NLP and appropriate psychological methods.
